“Meditation for Calm and Well-being” (Sat 2pm) Meditate with the Monk

At 2 pm Saturdays join us for a calming and uplifting half hour of silent meditation.
Afterwards Ayya Sudhamma regularly teaches a class at 2:45 pm on Buddhist scriptures with lecture and discussion; you are welcome to stay for this class as well.
(If you are new, look for the Buddhist flag on the front porch. Park on the side street or backyard; enter through the kitchen door.)
